The agreement for using WhichBrick

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-28. By using WhichBrick you agree to these terms.

Before launch

Launch TODO: these terms are a working draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before the app is submitted to the App Store.

1. Acceptance

WhichBrick (the “app”) is an independent LEGO collection tracker. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Parent-managed accounts and eligibility

WhichBrick is intended for children, but the account is created and managed by a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old. The parent or guardian is responsible for the account, for supervising a child’s use, and for any purchases made through the account.

3. The service

WhichBrick lets you catalog LEGO sets and parts, browse MOCs, and save favorites with optional notes and photos. Set and part catalog information is sourced from Rebrickable and from the app’s on-device database. Catalog details may be incomplete or change over time.

4. Free tier, subscriptions, and billing

  • The free tier supports up to 3 unique sets so families can try the app with a real collection.
  • A subscription unlocks unlimited sets and cloud sync. Available plans: monthly ($1.99/month, with a 7-day introductory free trial), annual ($14.99/year), and a one-time lifetime purchase ($39.99).
  • All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. We do not separately process payments or refunds.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or upload unlawful content. You are responsible for the photos and notes you add.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

WhichBrick is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor or authorize this app. Catalog data is provided by Rebrickable under its terms.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time. See Account deletion for steps and details on what is removed.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Questions: [email protected].
