Delete your account
You can permanently delete your WhichBrick account and all associated data at any time.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open WhichBrick on your device.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account & data.
- Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What gets removed
- Your account (the authentication user record).
- Your cloud collection records and set history.
- Your saved MOCs and favorites, including favorite notes.
- Your favorite photos stored in the cloud.
On-device data is cleared by the app’s deletion flow; you can also remove any remaining local data by deleting the app from your device. Your active subscription, if any, is managed by Apple — see below.
About your subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. To stop future billing, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can’t access the app?
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We will verify your identity and remove your data.
